Dale Bostrom - Dale Bostrom
I am a graduate electrical engineer with a certificate in business management from UCLA Graduate School. I purchased my first car when I was 14 years old and rebuilt the engine before I obtained my drivers license. I then installed a Chrysler "Hemi" in my second car a Studebaker Starlight coupe. Over the years, I kept current on automotive developments. Then after 25 years of engineering in aerospace, television studio equipment and physics experimental apparatus, I decided to start my own business- Dale's Transmissions. I am an ASE certified Technician & Service Writer.
Robb Noe - Service Manager
I started in the Automotive business 23 years ago a parts driver for a dealership. I worked my way up to become a service writer and then a Service Manager. I moved to the Bay Area where I was a service writer for one of the largest Acura Dealerships in the Country. I obtained the highest C.S, I (Customer Satisfaction Index) of any service writer in the country for two years straight. I was then offered a job with Mercedes Benz as a district service rep. During these three years, the dealerships in my district let the country in C.S.I. I have received Service writer and Service Manager training, with a specialty in serving Honda, Acura and Mercedes. I also hold a Bachelors in Recreation and a Masters in Business Management.
Learning the values of how to run an honest business from my parents, who have owned a business in Chico for over 40 years, combined with my customer service skills, I will make sure that every service experience will be above and beyond your expectations at Dale's Transmissions.
Aaron Bubier - Diagnostic Technician
I restored my first car at the age of 16. It was a 1962 Chevy Nova. I built this car from the ground up. This was the start of my automotive career. I joined the US Navy at the age of 18 and became a Diesel mechanic for the next 4 years. Once out of the service, I started employment with a large Tile Company where I serviced and repaired a Fleet of 22 vans, 2 flatbeds, 1 forklift and multiple other small engine and electric motor applications. I began my transmission carrier in 1996 and I still currently work in this field.
My expertise in in Rear Differential Overhaul, TC diagnostics and repairs, Automotive Diagnostics and repairs. Currently I am expanding on the Automatic Rebuilding for later model cars. I also rebuild manual transmissions. I hold 7 ASE certifications that include: Engine Repair, Automatic Trans/Transaxle, Manual Drivetrain/Axle, Suspension & Steering, Brakes, Electrical/Electronic Systems and Heating and Air Conditioning. I believe in treating a customers car as if it were my own. I perform thorough road tests and detailed inspections of customers cars because I would like the same service if I were the customer. I am a firm believer in double checking all repairs after the job is completed. This is not to second guess- it is to ensure that the job was done correctly with no leaks, loose bolts, etc. This way I am minimizing any future issues.
